Here Kitty Kitty...

This weekend my best friend Michele and her daughter (and Emily and Bailey's best pal) Clara Paige came to sleepover at our house on Friday night while the rest of their family was at the beach. As usual, the girls had a great time with a little mischief here and there, but for the most part, nothing major. Just before they were getting ready to leave on Saturday morning, the girls all headed down to the playroom downstairs to play. Emily came back upstairs and told us that Bailey had thrown some cat food and we told her to stop tattling on her sister. We looked on the stairs and sure enough, there were probably 10 pieces of catfood on the stairs as you can see in this picture. I think you can only see 1 piece in this picture because Robby had already made her pick most of up when I decided to take a picture.

So, as I mentioned, Robby told Bailey to pick all of the cat food up and she went downstairs for a few minutes, but came back up and he asked her if she'd picked it all up yet. When he asks her this she LOSES it and is crying "I can't do it, I can't do it..." over and over. So Robby keeps telling her she had better go pick it up or else. Well, Emily finally steps in and says something about it being a lot of cat food and I ask her if there is more downstairs (other than what we see on the stairs), to which she answers yes. I finally head downstairs and am shocked by what I see. See for yourself in the picture...it was actually worse than it looks because I couldn't get any farther out with the lens I had on the camera so you can't see the whole room, but it was EVERYWHERE.

Robby ends up making Bailey AND Emily clean it up. Well, Emily had just asked for a snack when this happened and had a bowl of pretzels and marshmallows and took them down with her to clean (I know this is gross). Robby saw her eat a pretzel and then pick up some cat food and told her she was going to accidentally eat cat food. Well, sure enough, a few minutes after that Emily runs out to the garage where Robby and I were and tells us Bailey just ate cat food. Bailey comes out and is crying and spitting. She didn't get much sympathy from us and I must admit we laughed (and meowed) at her. Robby sent her upstairs to get something to drink and when I checked on her later she was laying on her bed and had drooled all over her comforter and said her mouth still tasted like cat food. Needless to say, I don't think she'll ever do that again.

Oh yeah, when I told my Mom, she asked what flavor it was. I never thought about that, but I checked with Robby, and in case you are curious it was seafood. Yuck!

Hey a new post. It made me laugh. I'm sorry if CP needed to help in the cat food clean up.
